About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Development team and contribute to various projects that involve working with multicultural teams distributed worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business value.

  • Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in process and technology to automate and modernize systems.
  • Perform requirements analysis and user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar field.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
