Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Global Product Group Quality Manager for Insulation and Components. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing quality initiatives to improve performance across all factories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the GPG I&C QM in defining quality journeys and implementing initiatives for Insulation and Components product lines.
  • Extract and analyze quality data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
  • Collaborate with factory quality managers and HUB quality managers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures for Insulation and Components product lines.
  • Drive the implementation of quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop and implement quality-related IT tools and reports.

Requirements

  • Engineering university degree with a Master of Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a technical and/or industry environment.
  • Experience in Bushings is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and excellent communication skills.
  • Digital IT tools proficiency, including SAP, ECS, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools.
  • High personal integrity and self-care attitude/behavior.
  • Passion for developing and changing self and others.
  • Structured and well-organized working attitude.
  • Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions, intercultural openness, and respect.
