Job Title: Field Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining households and individuals for our audience panel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Recruit households to participate in our study, meeting targets for address utilization;
• Train residents on how to participate in the study during equipment installation;
• Maintain existing households in the panel through regular updates and participation recovery in case of withdrawal from the study;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;

• Experience in external sales or field work is an asset;
• Empathy and problem-solving skills are crucial in this role;
• Valid driver's license (category B) with at least one year of experience is preferred;

• Knowledge of research methodologies and fieldwork techniques would be an asset;
