We're seeking a detail-driven In-Play Trader to join our fast-paced team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in a dynamic sports environment.

As an In-Play Trader, you'll be responsible for monitoring live events, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

This position requires strong mathematical backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you're passionate about sports and analytics, we want to hear from you.

You will:

  • Monitor real-time sports events and perform live trading
  • Supervise and adjust data to provide precise and competitive live odds
  • Provide accurate and rapid results for various sports events
  • Evaluate events based on potential demand to offer the widest and most competitive market
  • Continuously monitor bet placements, assess risks, and take measures to manage and mitigate risks
  • Maintain effective communication within the trading team and with external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, finance)
  • A strong interest in sports with a good understanding of various sports and betting markets
  • Proven analytical and mathematical skills
  • Betting/sportsbook playing experience/activity
  • The ability to make quick, well-informed decisions and work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Multitasking abilities and PC literacy
  • Fluency in English
