As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's growth by providing expert legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, business partnerships, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, vendor relationships, licensing, technology services, and other corporate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to internal stakeholders on corporate governance, business partnerships, and risk management in support of innovative and transformative projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business development, and procurement areas to ensure alignment between business objectives and legal strategies, while ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and address legal issues that could impact the company's ability to execute strategic initiatives, enabling swift and informed decision-making.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment, building strong relationships across diverse teams and leveraging legal expertise to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • 5+ years of experience as a legal counsel in law firms or in-house legal role with a focus on contracts, partnerships, and corporate matters.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and business partnerships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and backgrounds.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and projects that make a meaningful impact on society.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and provide practical, actionable legal advice that supports business success.
