Technical Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Technical Strategist to drive technical solutions and support our customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who enjoys a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Solutions: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs. Responsible for the "Technical Win" of opportunities.
  • Strategic Enablement: Provide technical reviews and recommendations for our technologies. Assist customers in setting up, maintaining, and benchmarking our solutions during Proof-of-Concept phases.
  • Technology Development: Develop and document technology solutions using our platforms. Create integration documents and benchmarks with third-party tools.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for our customers and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work with other Technical Strategists and serve as a liaison between customers and product management/engineering teams.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sale/SA roles
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • 2+ years of NoSQL database deployment/management, including data modeling and application deployment (Cassandra/Datastax, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
  • Proficiency in modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
  • Experience with Spark, Kafka, Time Series, and Graph Databases
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, colleagues, and customers
  • Deep technical understanding of products
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
