The role of Community Supervisor/Manager involves overseeing the user community in Southeast Asia to enhance engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a dynamic user community to drive user participation and content creation.
  • Develop and execute online and offline activities tailored to local culture to increase user engagement.
  • Manage user feedback and community issues to improve user satisfaction.
  • Design and implement content calendars to ensure timely delivery of community initiatives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and Key Opinion Sales (KOSs).
  • Maintain strong relationships with core users and fans in the local market.
  • Collaborate with mobile game developers and organize events with gaming communities.
  • Analyze user and community data to optimize operational strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, user operations, or gaming community management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, user behavior, and gaming communities in the local market.
