About the Role

Pall Corporation, a leading Life Sciences company, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including requisition analysis, quotation verification, negotiation, and purchase order placement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP MM module or other ERP experience desired.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish desired.
  • Availability for occasional national travel.
  • Knowledge of taxes and tax law, as well as market research.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data and documentation management, supplier relationship management, and procurement process improvement.
