Job Title: Legal Assistant/Paralegal

The Legal Team seeks a skilled professional to fill the position of Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Rio de Janeiro. This role will collaborate with an in-house lawyer and contribute to day-to-day operations, including administrative services and support to the legal team.

  • Provide administrative support for legal day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare basic legal documents, forms, and reports.
  • Manage documents (revise, track, file, and organize) and offer digital signature support to business partners.
  • Track the expiration of legal documents (power of attorney, contracts, licenses).
  • Handle external law firms' invoices and internal matters.

As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.
