Job Title: Marketplace Consultant, SAS

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Marketplace Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data-driven strategic consultancy to drive business growth for our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts. They will work closely with clients to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and program satisfaction for clients.
  • Analyze customer data to produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Leverage Amazon knowledge to provide solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Consult with clients on opportunities derived and potential business impact.
  • Act as a proficient sparring partner to guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Gain trust by close collaboration and delivering results, using trust to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Educate clients about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
  • Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans.
  • Owning a specific subject within our service organization to support peers, invent processes/tools, and benefit internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Commercial Professional Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English language skills (write, read, speak)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
