Purpose
  • You'll detect equipment failure mode degradation and operating window deviations on offshore assets using data analytics tools, then process abnormal behavior alerts into effective maintenance recommendations that you'll track until completion.
Responsibilities
  • You'll perform Asset Surveillance to identify anomalies and failure modes on offshore assets processes and equipment in your technical discipline and assigned systems/assets, enabling early intervention to restore the anomaly and improve asset performance.
  • You'll conduct Asset Surveillance using relevant available Asset Surveillance tools.
  • You'll process surveillance alerts from relevant surveillance tools into either a maintenance recommendation, fine-tune algorithms that triggered the alert or raise a request for algorithm review/improvement.
  • You'll ensure maintenance recommendations are defined with the right priority.
  • You'll use AB tracker for alert processing and engage in periodic review sessions on alert management in general or for specific sets of algorithms/tools.
  • You'll follow up on outstanding actions/maintenance recommendations and review effectiveness after execution/feedback.
  • You'll execute the asset surveillance in line with management system expectations and KPI targets.
  • You'll collaborate closely with central Asset Surveillance & Intelligence (ASI) department and other relevant departments on surveillance tool and algorithm continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering is required; equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines may also be considered.
Experience
  • Experience within an operational energy industry or processing environment is ideal.
  • At least 2 years' experience in asset surveillance with process data analytics and/or predictive maintenance is preferred.
