Key Responsibilities- Configure and expand the core sales application functionality to create scalable solutions.
- Use knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and common customer engagement capabilities in Dynamics 365 to inform solution design.
- Implement solutions that engage with and convert leads, orchestrate marketing experiences, personalize marketing messaging, and deliver marketing insights.
- Configure the core application to include segmentation, email and text message marketing, and interactive journeys.
- Lead nurturing with personalized experiences, events, surveys, lead scoring, and analytics.
- Maintain compliance and consent policies.
- Strong business knowledge of sales processes for business-to-business scenarios.
- Understand the sales process of the customer as well as the core functionality of Dynamics 365 Sales to identify where the two align and differ.
- Proficient in configuring Microsoft Power Platform, primarily model-driven apps.
- Understand potential failure points of pipeline management, and be able to implement solutions that automate pipeline hygiene and data governance.
- Be able to participate in training of GTM and RevOps personnel.
- Proficient in designing reporting and analytics covering data in the CRM and surrounding ecosystem, including PowerBI.
- Spanish proficiency on a business level preferred.
