Software Engineering OpportunityAs a skilled Full Stack Developer, you will be a key contributor to our cross-functional teams, designing and building cloud-native products from the ground up. You will take ownership of features and new capabilities, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and your teammates to deliver high-quality software that is reliable, scalable, and secure.You will be hands-on every day, refining stories, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and solving interesting technical problems. You will bring strong engineering practices to the team and help shape the way we build software. Our modern TypeScript stack, cloud-native environment, and strong focus on automation, observability, security, and AI-enhanced development make this a unique opportunity for those who enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-impact features.Key Responsibilities:
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code, owning complex features and services.
  • Work closely with your squad (PMs, engineers, QAs) to refine requirements, scope technical solutions, and deliver great software.
  • Write unit, integration, and contract tests, and help make our systems robust and reliable.
  • Build, deploy, and monitor services in AWS using tools like Cloud Formation and Datadog.
  • Take responsibility for the health, performance, and maintainability of the code you ship.
  • Help evolve our engineering standards and practices by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and learning from incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with TypeScript (Node.js & React) and excellent knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working with TailwindCSS and building responsive web design.
  • Knowledge in micro-front-end architecture (module federation), Zustand (or similar), and monorepos.
  • Experience building and running production systems in AWS using tools like Amplify, API Gateway, Lambda, and RDS, using a serverless architecture in the AWS cloud.
  • Skilled in designing and building RESTful APIs, with practical knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarized with Docker and WSL.
  • Comfortable developing software within a serverless event-driven architecture (SQS, Eventbridge, SNS).
  • Comfortable building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (we use GitHub Actions) for code deployment.
  • Experience using DataDog (or similar) to monitor services and debug production issues.
  • Thrive working in Agile environments using tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence, with a mindset of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Able to take a problem and run with it, bringing a pragmatic, product-focused approach to software delivery.
