Delivery Network Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to drive expansion in our Last Mile Delivery network in Brazil. This role involves leading the launch of new delivery stations, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and supporting the design, optimization, and maintenance of our logistics infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with teams at all levels. Regular travel within Brazil and occasional international travel are expected.
Key Responsibilities- Draft layouts and research site issues for site selection and evaluation.
- Prepare specifications and technical details for building environments, equipment, and processes.
- Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Provide technical input and conduct value analysis on infrastructure projects.
- Improve team processes to reduce time and costs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
- Fluent in English.
- Master's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields.
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and operations engineering tools.
- Background in Logistics, Distribution, or Fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
- Strong technical background in material handling equipment.
