Project Explorer: Petroleum Exploration & Production Expert
We seek a seasoned professional to lead evaluations and consulting for major energy players. As a key member of our team, you will drive business competitiveness by working directly with capital project teams and project organizations of leading E&P companies.
About the Role
This role involves:
- Collaborating with clients to collect and analyze technical, cost, schedule, and project management data
- Delivering insightful reports and presenting findings to senior-level stakeholders
- Conducting research on project success drivers using proprietary databases and statistics
- Developing and maintaining relationships with client companies and liaison with people from diverse cultures
Requirements
To excel in this position, you must have:
- Demonstrable fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (advantageous)
- Solid analytical skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, science, statistics, operations research, economics, or related fields and possesses:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with upstream oil and gas projects
- A proven track record of independent research and statistical analysis
