Role Overview

This role supports the Partner School Academic Program Coordinator with day-to-day academic and operational tasks across partner schools.


  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and school visits; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for partner interactions.
  • Assist with student onboarding and program integration, ensuring required forms and access are completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of school performance, teacher training, and student progress.
  • Draft and send routine communications to partner schools; escalate issues promptly.
  • Support curriculum integration at partner schools, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist with logistics for teacher professional development, including invites and attendance tracking.
  • Organize and facilitate online and in-person training sessions for educators and staff.
  • Monitor academic indicators (attendance, assignment completion, grade pulls) and prepare summary reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek individuals with:

  • 3+ years in K-12 education and 1+ year in school coordination or operations; EdTech experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capacity to develop, deliver, and adapt academic training content.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; fluency in English is essential.
  • Savvy with instructional technology and online learning platforms; quick to learn new systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded; able to flag risks early and follow through on actions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
