About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. As a key member of our corporate legal department, you will provide legal support and guidance to our business units, ensuring compliance with Group regulations and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the corporate legal department to provide legal support and guidance to business units.
  • Work with business units to identify and mitigate risks during proposal and contract review phases.
  • Review, negotiate, and provide feedback on proposed contracts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and update contractual documents, deeds, declarations, and policies.
  • Support the accounting department with payment and collection matters.
  • Partner with the procurement department and head office legal team to interview and select external legal counsels.
  • Manage corporate secretary activities, including organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
