Field Service Resources Coordinator E/A

Synopsis: We are seeking an experienced Field Service Resources Coordinator to lead and develop our Field Service Team.

About the Role:

  1. Process Implementation: Develop and implement processes and procedures related to the area, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.
  2. Team Development: Contribute to the annual budget preparation, generate a technical training plan for the team, and define appropriate actions to meet business strategy goals.
  3. Demand Evaluation: Evaluate the E/A Field Service demand during the year and determine necessary actions, including recruiting.
  4. Service Request Management: Manage internal and external services requests, planning, and evaluating services to ensure optimal utilization rates and customer satisfaction.
  5. Team Competency Development: Foster strategic relationships with institutes of learning to attract and develop talent.
  6. Relationship Management: Maintain internal and external relationships focused on achieving company targets.
  7. Collaboration: Facilitate good collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the delivery chain.
  8. Budget Preparation: Contribute to the annual budget preparation and service forecast evaluations.
  9. Performance Management: Set individual performance and development targets for your team and have development discussions following a global procedure.
  10. Travel Expenses: Manage and approve travel expenses created by your designated team.
