Visionary Process Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineering Manager to lead our site's process engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise in calorimetry studies, chemical reaction hazards assessment, pressure relief verifications, HAZOP, LOPA, and MAH management to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Project Engineering organization to design and execute capital projects, ensuring seamless coordination with external partners.
- Develop strategic emissions reduction plans to minimize our environmental footprint.
- Promote our site's technical expertise through regional and global forums.
- Sponsor process mapping initiatives to identify safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in process and/or project management in hazardous chemical plants.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP knowledge is beneficial.
