At AgileEngine, we're looking for a motivated and skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation group, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Maven, as well as a proven track record of writing and maintaining automated test scripts. They'll be able to work independently and proactively solve problems, while also collaborating effectively with developers to resolve issues.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using the latest tools and technologies. You'll also maintain and improve our test automation framework, identify and report bugs, and ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Execute Automated Test Scripts: Using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java, create and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
  • Maintain and Improve Test Automation Framework: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain a robust and efficient test automation framework.
  • Identify and Report Bugs: Proactively identify and report bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong Hands-On Experience: With Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Maven, as well as experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Ability to Work Independently: And proactively solve problems, while also collaborating effectively with developers to resolve issues.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level: To communicate effectively with our global team.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with API Testing and CI/CD Integration: A plus if you have experience with API testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Knowledge of Cloud-Based Testing Environments: Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments is a bonus.
