Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job Captain to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.

The Role

As a Job Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • An excellent level of English is an absolute must, both spoken and written.
  • Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction.
  • Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks (Revizto can also be considered but Navisworks will be prioritized).
  • A mechanical or civil engineering bachelor's degree (architects could be considered but only if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades themselves).
