This is an advanced data science position that leads sophisticated projects, developing and implementing strategic models to drive business decision-making.
The role involves leadership in high-impact projects, making a significant strategic impact, and taking on mentoring responsibilities for junior and mid-level data scientists.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and lead data science projects from conception to deployment.
- Create and implement advanced models and algorithms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists.
- Evaluate and ensure best practices in data science are followed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in statistical techniques, machine learning, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Proficiency in SQL database management.
- Basic project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
