Quality Assurance Professional

The role of an Evaluation QA specialist involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of evaluated data. This requires a high degree of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of evaluated data to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that ensure data quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data quality expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in data quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or statistics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality inspection of evaluated data.
  • Development of policies and procedures for data quality.
  • Training and support for team members.
  • Analysis of performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent language skills (Spanish & English).
  • Familiarity with QA and data delivery processes.
  • Overseas working/training experience (a plus).
  • Knowledge about AI or related models, familiarity with social media platforms.
  • An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with Internet usage habits of local users.
  • Strong ability to learn and understand.
  • Familiarity with common office software, evaluating experience preferred.
