Job Title: Social Media Content Lead

We are seeking an experienced social media content leader to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our audience, and strengthens our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. They will work closely with senior leaders to bring our brand's voice to life across various social media platforms.

  • Develop a strategic social media plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives, write copy that cuts through, and script scroll-stopping content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and coordinate the creation, publication, and promotion of content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and newsletters.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, using data to inform future content decisions and optimize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills, with an understanding of nuance and tone, and ability to adapt copy across platforms.
  • Ability to shoot and edit content on your phone, and comfort working with both raw and produced material.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines without missing the mark.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and ability to identify what content works best where.
  • Track record of growing audiences and creating content that moves the needle.
  • Ability to use data to back creative decisions and continuously look to optimize results.
