- 3+ years of testing experience in fast-paced environments

We value strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with product owners and developers on technical topics and features, and excellent reporting skills for assembling data in an easily digestible format.
A key aspect of this role is test planning, projecting test coverage needs in advance while remaining flexible to cover urgent requests.
About This RoleThis full-time Test Lead position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for shepherding the testing process for your assigned project, supervising day-to-day tasking of up to 15 testers, and setting expectations for testers.
Your ability to juggle multiple projects at once and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential to success in this role.
