Project Scheduling Specialist

As a Project Scheduling Specialist, you play a vital role in driving project progress forward. Your expertise and capabilities are crucial in delivering projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project schedules using project management software to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project timelines and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the baseline, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project planning within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
