Regional Leadership Opportunity

Fueled by an innovative drive and a deep understanding of microbiology, genomics, crop nutrition, and agriculture, we are pioneering game-changing advances in fertilizer technology.

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide regional leadership and propel our distribution network success. As the regional lead, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent and supporting the onboarding of high-performing sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with targeted groups of high-influence prospects to recruit into our distribution network.
  • Partner with the Region Sales Lead (RSL) on distribution partner strategy and overall efforts.
  • Lead and execute a highly coordinated onboarding process for new sales organizations, establishing strong selling relationships throughout their first year.
  • Provide leadership around hosting orientation experiences for new distribution partners.
  • Train new sales organizations how to communicate our value proposition, product solutions, and value-selling tools.
  • Coordinate sales calls with new, high-influence sales organizations, associate TSM, and host grower meetings to build trust and product positioning confidence.
  • Drive regional efforts in distribution coverage, gap areas, distribution effectiveness, and offboarding recommendations.
