Chief Recruitment Officer

This senior position involves leading enrollment strategy and oversight of admissions processes.

• Promote a culture of excellence in recruitment and admissions by implementing innovative strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology tools supporting recruitment and admission practices.
• Develop solutions to enhance the student experience of the admissions process.
• Analyze marketing and admissions data to help determine and analyze student recruitment trends and increase student enrollment.

• Masters degree in Education, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated ability of 5-7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions, enrollment management or related field within higher education.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, awareness of best practices and confidence in using modern admissions tools and trends, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
