Are you a seasoned legal professional dedicated to upholding compliance and ethical standards? In this role as a Compliance and Ethics Manager, you will play a crucial part in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring that our operations align with legal and ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance and Ethics Manager at Novo Nordisk, your duties will include:
- Offering legal guidance and strategic insights to various departments and organizational levels.
- Verifying that ongoing or planned activities, policies, and business practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Evaluating and endorsing a range of legal documents, including contracts and agreements, pertinent to trade and operational matters.
- Representing the organization in significant legal proceedings before judicial bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Leading Public Affairs initiatives at the Affiliate level, collaborating closely with management and local teams.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience as a qualified attorney, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, life sciences, or medical device sectors.
- Experience in a top-tier law firm is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property law is advantageous.
