Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Coordinator to oversee and manage a team of skilled service technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, supervising complex service tasks and projects, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of service technicians, supervising complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols, and acting as a liaison between the service team and management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be proficient in MS Office applications, reading and understanding mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings.
Key requirements include advanced English proficiency, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, previous experience in a similar position, and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be familiar with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic and Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration, Piston Pumps with Fixed and Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, Electric Motors, Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500), and industrial network protocols.
