About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Management Systems Manager for Corporate Areas. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning Integration: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align management systems with the overall strategic plan, ensuring that management systems support and enhance the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Management Systems Development and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of global management systems to harmonize processes and ensure organizational synergy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality management, environmental, health and safety, and other relevant systems.
  3. PMO and Project Management Oversight: Establish and oversee the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to project managers, and ensuring successful execution of projects in line with Global standards and organizational strategies.
  4. Routine Management and Operational Excellence: Develop and implement routine management protocols to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices for routine management and ensuring their integration into daily operations.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both routine and strategic processes, fostering a culture of innovation, implementing and monitoring best practices, benchmarks, and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and awareness of both routine and strategic management systems across the organization, collaborating with departments to ensure employees possess the skills and knowledge needed to support compliance and quality objectives.
  7. Risk Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks associated with international operations, establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  8. Strategic Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on the performance of both routine and strategic management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineer, Applied Mathematics, Statistics are preferred)
  • Black Belt certification (Required)
  • Master Black Belt certification (Preferred)
  • Certification as PfMP - Portfolio Management Professional by PMI (Preferred)
  • Strategic Planning (MBA, Master's degree preferred)
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken); Fluent in Portuguese (written/spoken), Other(s) language(s) skills are an asset
  • Deep knowledge in Continuous Improvement & Transformation (Required)
  • Knowledge on Agile methodology (Required)
  • Knowledge on Design Thinking methodology (Required)
  • Knowledge on Advanced Analytics such as Modeling, Forecasting, big data analysis (Preferred)
  • Experience in the different areas of the business Technology, Supply and/or Commercial
  • Experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Experience in Programs and Portfolio Management
