We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lieutenant to join our team. As a senior leader within the department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the crew on the ambulances.
About the Role:
The Senior Lieutenant is a key position within the department, requiring excellent leadership skills, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of EMS operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the crew on the ambulances, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance of adequate staffing, fleet, and supply distribution within the department.
- Ensure compliance with process, policies, and procedures.
- Complete necessary data reports and related assignments each shift.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in EMS, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- GA or Alabama Paramedic or EMT-Advanced licensure/certification.
