Revenue Growth Analyst

A strategic RevOps professional is needed to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced data-driven professional passionate about leveraging technology to support critical business deliveries.

About the Role
  • This role will involve developing advanced reports and analyses to inform business decisions;
  • Optimizing sales forecasts and performance metrics;
  • Integrating and continuously improving marketing, sales, and CS tools;
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency;
  • Supporting leadership in defining and monitoring revenue indicators.
Requirements
  • Crm Administration: Advanced experience in administration, process automation, dashboard creation, and data quality maintenance;
  • Data Analysis & Bi: Ability to structure complex reports, handle large volumes of data, and generate actionable insights;
  • Forecast & Pipeline Modeling: Solid knowledge of revenue projections, conversion metrics (sql, sal, negotiation, win), and building forecast scenarios;
  • Revenue Tools Integrations: Experience with integrations between crm, marketing automation, cs platforms, and financial systems to ensure frictionless data flow;
  • Process Automation: Experience in designing and implementing automations that reduce rework and increase efficiency for revenue teams;
  • B2B SaaS Sales Methodologies: Practical understanding of frameworks like winning by design, abm, and enterprise funnels;
  • Data & Process Governance: Ability to structure documentation, crm usage policies, and performance measurement processes;
  • Languages: Fluent portuguese and advanced english, fluency in spanish.
