We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to join our Design Unit.

Creative Vision

The ideal candidate will shape the creative vision of the unit and ensure it is consistently executed across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding multidisciplinary teams through the concept development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
  • Delivering high-quality work that is engaging, cohesive, and impactful, including brand development, design systems, and large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Mentoring creative talent, building a strong team culture, and fostering an environment where original thinking thrives.
Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of creative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across branding, advertising, and digital campaigns is essential for success in this position.
