Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are a team of tech transformation specialists at CI&T, a global company with 30 years of experience, 6,000 workers, and offices in 10 countries. We combine the power of Artificial Intelligence with human expertise to support large companies in navigating changes in technology and business.

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team and work on a customer market leader project for measurement, monitoring, and data analysis in digital advertising.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust applications, services, and APIs that are resilient and scalable.
  • Design and build CICD pipelines for automated deployment with GitLab.
  • Familiarity with telemetry technologies such as Grafana and Prometheus to provide real-time monitoring of our systems.
  • Integrate with existing systems and APIs, and be able to design, implement, or recommend new APIs.
  • Design and implement testing frameworks that verify correctness and scalability of processes and services.
  • Work with upstream teams that provide measurement data and downstream teams that use our warehouse to power Google Looker BI dashboards.
  • Design, build, and own processes in a data warehouse (Snowflake) that will power DoubleVerify business intelligence applications.
  • Work with the product design team and other stakeholders to deliver insightful data to clients, partners, and internal users.
  • Explore new ways of producing, processing, and analyzing data to gain insights into both our users and our product features.
Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Solid experience as a Senior Software Developer.
  • Extensive experience in Python programming language with knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience building systems in a Cloud environment using GCP and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills including optimization of queries that apply to cloud databases and knowledge of best practices to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with Java programming language is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in Snowflake Database is preferable.
  • Knowledge and experience in DBT is preferable.
