We are seeking a highly skilled Global Commercial Strategist to join our team in SAO PAULO-VILA OLIMPIA(BRA). As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive salary of R$ 15,000 per month, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers. Key Responsibilities:

  • To support active customers and prospects of OEMs according to the customer portfolio and customer segmentation PCMO - Passenger Car (Tour Vehicles) responsible for the first fill and after-sales business of the OEM;
  • To ensure and ensure proper planning of visits (Through salesforce);
  • To define, ensure and coordinate the annual sales strategic plan of its segment; To define and ensure the correct implementation of strategies and commercial actions;
  • To contribute to the participation of RFQs by conducting strategic partnerships with opinion-building clients, ensuring commercial profitability, and ensuring the sustainable development of the project; To contribute to other departments by ensuring that trade policies are aligned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial role;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, preferably in the lubricants market;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
