We're seeking a Regional People Partner to shape and drive our people strategy across Latin America. You'll join a growing team of around 50 employees, primarily in Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay, and play a pivotal role in preparing the region for growth.
As a close partner to the Regional Director, you'll help develop strategies that support employee engagement, development, and well-being. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. If you're passionate about people development and eager to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
