Accounts Payable Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the accounts payable team, establish priorities and train staff for professional development. This role requires leadership skills to motivate and evaluate the performance of team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members in their job roles.
- Write, update, and review policies and procedures.
- Lead vendor payments with excellent customer service.
- Manage Concur travel expenses, resolving issues and reporting expense provisions.
- Responsible for corporate credit card administration and proper booking.
- Maintain accurate data in accounting software.
- Complete month-end duties and reconcile AP balance sheet and income statements accounts.
- Ensure internal controls are in place.
- Contribute to implementing financial systems.
- Perform transaction analysis.
- Identify process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems.
- Proven collections, billing, and/or finance experience.
- Leadership and analytical skills.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and 365 applications.
- Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stress.

Other Information:
