Senior Site Activation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Activation Lead to drive the activation of investigator sites and implement site activation activities for global, complex projects.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical research regulations.

  • Develop and maintain successful sponsor relationships through consistently high sponsor satisfaction scores.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of projects and optimize accelerated delivery of key landmarks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within site activation to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • In-depth proven experience within clinical research, specifically in the clinical studies regulatory environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
