We're seeking a skilled HR professional to fill the role of Data Analyst. This position will involve providing critical support to our organization's HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operations in systems such as Zoho People and JIRA:
  • Monitor statuses and verify data integrity
  • Identify and resolve user errors in the systems
  • Maintain and enhance data quality on an ongoing basis
  • Assist HR users in the Americas region (North & South America):
  • Provide guidance on HR tasks like hiring, terminations, transfers, salary changes, overtime, and leave management
  • Aid users with system issues and offer technical support when needed
  • Create and update documentation, user guides, and process improvements;
  • Train and support HR users on how to utilize HR systems more efficiently;
  • Prioritize automating HR processes:
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows
  • Develop tasks for developers
  • Test and validate new automations after implementation;
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless operation of HR systems and address any technical issues or improvements proactively.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar or technical role within HR or IT;
  • Background in HR support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving is highly desirable;
  • Understanding of how different systems share data and integrate with each other;
  • Familiarity with JIRA and its underlying functionality;
  • Hands-on experience with HRM systems (like Zoho People or similar), and the ability to manage HR tasks using these systems is highly desirable;
  • English proficiency - for effective communication and support across international teams;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes like hiring, termination, transfers, overtime, leave, and salary changes;
  • Ability to craft clear and concise technical and user guides;
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on helping colleagues and resolving problems;
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, supportive demeanor.
