Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our product vision and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product development, customer behaviors, and market dynamics. They will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and deriving insights about our products, user base, and markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and nurture the product vision and strategic growth.
  • Uncover customer behaviors through data analysis, discerning patterns, and innovating solutions.
  • Amplify our product's presence in Brazil, synergizing with Customer Services Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
  • Engage with customer feedback, analyze competitor moves, and dissect market dynamics.
  • Administer and widen performance metrics, dissecting usage trends, and tackling obstacles that impede objectives and key results.
  • Refine processes and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless interdepartmental harmony.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven prior experience as a Product Manager is required.
  • A product mindset and the ability to come up with suitable metrics for any product-related question.
  • Solid experience and passion in the iGaming sector is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of UX best practices and how to utilize data before making decisions is considered a must.
  • Outstanding communication in English and Portuguese, as well as collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
