Senior Android Developer Role Overview

This is a high-level, senior role for an experienced Android developer to lead the development of mobile applications using advanced technologies and architectures. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Android UI/UX best practices, experience with Kotlin, RxJava, HTTP networking, and Android database frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale Android applications with complex features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience developing and shipping Android apps to large user bases.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, RxJava, HTTP networking, and Android database frameworks.
  • Experience with unit testing for Android (JUnit, Mockito).
  • Proficiency in web UI frameworks (Angular).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing platforms (Firebase, Amplitude).
