Maintenance Team Lead Job Description

Imagine taking your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative work environment. As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore units.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintenance management, with experience in the oil and gas industry being highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance backlog, developing and implementing backlog management strategies, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

You will also oversee routine offshore maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring maintenance KPIs and aligning activities with operational goals and standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the maintenance backlog for an offshore unit, ensuring tasks are prioritized and efficiently executed.
  2. Coordinate with the maintenance team to develop and implement backlog management strategies.
  3. Plan and mobilize resources for major maintenance activities, ensuring availability of personnel, tools, and materials.
  4. Collaborate with offshore supervisors and superintendents to ensure technical competency and effective task execution.
  5. Oversee routine offshore maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  7. Monitor maintenance KPIs to align activities with operational goals and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgical/Materials, or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience in maintenance management.
  • Oil and gas industry experience (desired).
