About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional team in building and enhancing our industry-leading AI engine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our AI platform, ensuring it delivers flexibility, control, productivity, and trust to our global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of software engineers building digital products, focusing on the development of our AI engine.
  • Collaborate with product, program management, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement Agile techniques for managing work, including CI/CD, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing.
  • Own the delivery of complete digital products, ensuring code is durable, secure, scalable, and thoroughly tested.
  • Communicate complex technical and business problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional engineering experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Proven track record of managing software engineering teams, with a focus on growth and development.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Agile techniques, and shift-left testing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
