We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Tech Lead to spearhead our existing architecture and systems, and drive innovation in upcoming projects. You must possess exceptional technical expertise, paired with strong leadership abilities.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team to refine system performance, address data encryption challenges, and optimize software development processes.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Development of Python applications, architecting and refining microservices for improved efficiency.
  • Creation of GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Orchestration and synchronization of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) for streamlined operations.
  • Integration of payment gateways and web3 technologies.
  • Maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for holistic solutions.
  • Design and implementation of smart contracts and blockchain technologies.
  • Database architecture design and implementation for enhanced performance.
  • Crafting and optimization of APIs for smooth data exchange.
Essential Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in Systems Engineering, specializing in Microservices, Systems Engineering, Database design, Event-driven architecture, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Infrastructure, and API development.
  • Proven track record of success in high-throughput systems with hundreds of thousands of users; secure, performant backend design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
