We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineering Leader to spearhead our global engineering team in creating innovative, AI-driven solutions for healthcare professionals and patients.
About the Role- This pivotal leadership position combines strategic oversight, coding expertise, and agile team management to deliver scalable, cost-effective digital solutions that meet business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will ensure reduced vendor dependency, retention of intellectual property, and accelerated delivery speed.
- Establish a high-performing offshore engineering team to develop enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science teams to design and implement AI-native applications.
- Develop and enforce engineering best practices including continuous integration, automated testing, code quality, and cloud-native deployments.
- Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Act as a hands-on leader, including coding, reviewing, and mentoring team members.
- Lead strategy, design, and execution of all mobile applications and digital tools.
- Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring performance, scalability, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Masters Degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, User Experience, or Human-Centered Design.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading offshore teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-velocity, cost-effective software solutions.
The successful candidate will have expertise in AI/ML-enabled applications, API-first architectures, and modern cloud technology stacks. Strong collaboration skills, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on ethical AI and data privacy are essential. Ability to translate complex ML concepts into business outcomes is crucial.
