Job Description

The role of Senior Derivatives Operations Analyst involves a high level of professional independence and latitude to solve complex problems. It requires integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family.

This position demands attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on analysis of factual information. Typically, it deals with variable issues that may have broader business impact. The candidate is required to apply professional judgment when interpreting data and results.

To be successful in this role, one must have developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. This role also has moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
