The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a crucial role in helping Nubank make better financial decisions. Our mission is to understand the company's performance from a financial perspective by analyzing past results and creating projections for the future. The team is divided into FP&A Horizontals, FP&A Markets, FP&A Global Products, FP&A Efficiency, and Procurement.
We are looking for someone who can analyze, explain, and forecast the financial results of the Credit Card Business Unit. This includes improving FP&A processes to generate insights and clarity in income statements, understanding and analyzing the impacts of product-related decisions on the results of the Business Unit, automating reports by connecting them with databases from different sources, building, updating, and reviewing financial models and simulators, and creating and presenting executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet), credit analysis, or related areas. They will possess strong analytical skills to manage and evaluate complex data, as well as strong communication skills to proactively engage with different business partners and stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and fluency in English are also required. Programming knowledge (Scala, SQL, and Python) is a plus.
