Cash Flow Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage credit-related tasks.

• Manage rent arrears, instigate and manage rent insurance claims, change rent due dates, chase unpaid invoices from landlords and/or tenants, credit rent demands off tenancy ledgers, generate period statements for landlords, and communicate frequently with property managers and client accountants.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.

An ambitious and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to tailor conversations depending on who they are talking to. Knowledge of the lettings industry is desired but not essential.
