Job Title: Concur Statutory Business Processes Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented business process specialist to join our SAP Concur team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing technical aspects of SAP Concur taxes, rates, and allowances to statutory and managed rate administration customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading assigned projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology;
  • Managing customer expectations with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization;
  • Utilizing technical skills to support customer testing efforts and troubleshooting posting issues;
  • Ensuring completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within committed project deadlines;
  • Working on support cases from the Statutory Services queue through to resolution;
  • Consistently communicating project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable);
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of SAP Concur's functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices, and methodologies;
  • Complying with all corporate policies (e.g., data security, compliance, audit, etc).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with SAP Concur products and services.
